- 01 The first page, then each further page
The first page has its own price, and every page after it costs less. Both depend on the country the fax goes to.
- 02 The exact total, before you pay
Once you have added the document and entered the fax number, the review step shows the number of pages, the prices and the total. That total is what you pay.
- 03 One payment, by card
You pay once, when you confirm the payment, and the fax is sent straight after. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again.
You pay in the currency of the language you use: US dollars on the English site, euros on the French, German and Spanish sites, and yen on the Japanese site, whatever the destination. If your payment method uses another currency, your bank handles the conversion and any related fees.

When am I charged?
When you confirm the payment, after seeing the exact total. The fax is sent only once the payment is confirmed.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, if you give your email address before paying: our payment processor sends the receipt.
What if the fax fails?
If your fax fails to send, you will be refunded the amount minus a non-refundable fee of $0.30 + 2.9%. If the fax could not be attempted at all, you get a full refund.
The terms of service and the refund policy apply to every fax.
